Safety Reminder:

Before using the replacement mattress, remove the mattress that was originally included with the BassiNest®. Do not stack mattresses. Do not use more than one mattress in the BassiNest®. For babies up to 5 months or 20lbs. Discontinue use when baby shows signs of rolling over or pushing up on hands and knees. Replacement mattress should only be used with a HALO® BassiNest® Swivel Sleeper, Flex Sleeper or Glide Sleeper. Not compatible with HALO® Twin Sleeper or other bassinets. Always place your baby on their back for sleep. Never use soft bedding such as loose blankets, bumpers, pillows, and positioners in the BassiNest®. Pad core is not to be used without pad cover.
